PUFFS cast, including the snake, takes a bow…
Jun 20, 2025
This is the final shot of the show. I was only able to shoot one performance, and fortunate to be able to do that – Nan and Tamara were literally holding me together while I sat there and clicked off exposures from a tripod. Not the way I like to shoot, but I was two weeks out of open heart surgery. At seven weeks I am feeling like it never happened until I push a little too hard – picking up steam surely but steadily. Will be jogging again soon now.
I’m posting this final image as a reply to an inquiry – the PUFFS pdf eBook is definitey in the works. I’m just concentrating on getting all of the images worked up. Not to complain, but since I had to shoot everything full stage, with the harsh lighting, there is a lot more work to do per image than usual – by tomorrow all hundred and fifty or so will be “corrected”, cropped, converted to b&w and ready to begin fine tuning. Next week I’ll be able to post a few gems while I do the final work, and should be ready to post the pdf soon – there are some really fun shots coming.
First thing Nan said on seeing this one was that she did not notice this happening – Snake sneaking in from stage left to join in the bows…
Once the pdf is posted, while getting into other work, I’ll put together a Zine version for Nan (with a second one for Rogue files).
