Finishing up what I managed to eke out of our first First Friday in a looong time – but the new streets are grand. And I assume the new sub-surface infrastructure is working as needed. The intro shot shows a young budding artist attacking the open to kids of all ages canvas put up at Harmer’s Town Art Center – adding a little bit of a walk for those attending First Fridays.

Just across from this canvas, in an open sided little studio, a model was sitting for anyone who wanted to join in:

Finally, one of the street bands. Honestly, I can’t decipher the name of the group on the sign, Huh? And while there were a few scattered bands on hand, a little fewer than usual. My guess is that they did not expect the event to manage to attract so many the first time back – but they sure did…
