First Friday in Havre de Grace is a very much a crowd participation event. In this posting I’m showing four of those many attending who were joining in. The intro shot shows a very cool looking lady enjoying matching her drum beat to the rest of the circle. In the second shot a very pleased young lady is getting something (not sure what) done with her hair in front of the Luckiest Light Center. Next to her is one of many in the crowd who wowed the crowd with their dance moves in front of the center stage.

Finally, I’m always looking for another street-chess shot. Evidently one can concentrate while eating an icecream cone. I didn’t see her opponent’s last move, but she immediately grabbed up her knight (you can see the rook falling over in the process), and knew exactly where to put it.

First Fridays are definitely back in full swing after, with streets recovered from being dug up to replace aging infrastructure!
