Rogue Swan at the Vandiver pretty much always sells out. It was a fun evening, complete with the local Bonnie Knees competition (those pictures come later). Since this show featured a new, young member on drums – Gabriel Fazzino – I decided to start with individual shots of some of the guys. The shot of Josh on base guitar (hey, there’s always a base, just difficult sometimes to spot them). Nan asked me why I was hanging my camera down to the floor and pointing it at an angle. He was situated behind the curtain on the left – I aimed the camera between the curtain edge and someone else’s legs, catching him doing his thing. Very dark, lots of special work on this one to bring it out, but I got it…

There were a lot of kilts (not on me) and more shots to go – plus I have a video of the final number of the evening: “Bugger Off You Bastards, Bugger Off”. That has to be trimmed and posted…
